Bacteriostatic Water is sterile, non-pyrogenic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which acts as a preservative to inhibit bacterial growth. It’s commonly used to dilute or dissolve medications for injection and allows for multiple uses from a single vial when stored properly. Ideal for use in clinical, research, and compounding settings.
Due to the sensitive, perishable, and research-exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, nor do we issue refunds, replacements, or credits, except in the following limited circumstances:
Items received in damaged condition
Defective products identified upon delivery
Incorrect items shipped in error
Customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to be eligible for claim consideration. All claims must include clear photographic documentation of the issue. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be accepted and shall be deemed a waiver of any right to dispute the order.
Upon receipt of a valid and timely claim, our quality assurance team will conduct a review of the evidence provided. At our sole and absolute discretion, we will determine whether a replacement, credit, or other appropriate resolution is warranted. Our determination shall be final and binding.
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not comply with these terms or that we deem to be inconsistent with our internal records or inspection results.
